Kinesiology Class

*This class will be held in Japanese (Translation available). On 11/21/2021,I will be holding a hands-on workshop on muscle testing (kinesiology). We will use our muscles to check our body's honest reactions. We will first check which supplements, cosmetics, and foods are right for us, and whether they cause stress to our bodies.
