Integrated Healing

Integrated Healing (IH) addresses the deep rooted causes and stress underlying one’s issue(s) by using muscle reflex testing to access the subconscious mind and messages from the individual's soul (true self) to align the energies. 

 

By addressing and correcting the root problem(s), psychological and/ or physical symptoms can be improved.

IH combines psychology, physiology, Applied Kinesiology, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Coaching, and many other modalities.

It is a gentle yet very effective healing method.

About Karan

Hi, my name is Karan.  Thank you for visiting my website. I am a practitioner for Akashic Records Reading, Clearing and Integrated Healing. â€‹

​

My mission is to reconnect each individual to their authentic themselves, so that you can live your life that aligns with yourself.

 

Personally, I have overcome fibromyalgia, panic disorder, and the emotional trauma of the sudden death of my dog. I attribute this success to healing work with Akashic Records and Integrated Healing (IH). To help others, I have conducted over 200 sessions to date. I continue to offer sessions globally to help people regain a state of strength and hope from within.

​

I am a mother of two living in California. I moved from Japan to the U.S. by myself at the age of 20. By my mid 30s, my health was in complete turmoil and there was no cure in sight until I had an Integrated Healing session.  With just 1 session my life changed forever.

​

Not only IH help me overcome my physical illness, it did wonders for my state of mind when my beloved dog suddenly passed away in 2023. Through IH, the tragedy turned my despair into a gift of love and hope.

​

In 2024, I became a practitioner of Akashic Records Reading and Clearing. Through various sessions, I am contributing to give my clients insightful information and help them move forward with their lives. â€‹

Via healing sessions, client’s relationships are richer, their self-expression has increased, they are closer to their true selves, their health has improved (allergies, pain, emotional health). They are moving forward positively navigating disappointment and despair.
